When i stretch my penis, i see little little whiteish pimples.
Is this bad ? or is it normal ? :what:

But yes, it's normal. They are either hair follicles (more likely) or actual pimples.
Either way you're OK.

Like I said guys.. Either hair follicles or fordyce spots. And since your in puberty, they could be pimples.. Don't know why they would be white..
( I don't reccomend stretching your penis too far..)

I stretched it cos i saw some white little things and got curios :P

Are you uncut? Because when I unsheath my penis, I have little white bumps along the head of my penis too.
