Well, first of all I would like to thank those who answered other's questions that applied to me, because most of them have been answered..

Anyway.. I have these bumps on my penis, some I know are hair follicles, some are those thryce bumps or whatever they're called.. I wanted to know if they're harmful in any way because they look a bit gross.. Also.. I remember my doctor saying I was in stage 4 when I got my physical for baseball, and I was wondering if my cum should be very white yet. I know I have pre-cum, but I also have cum after I ejaculate and it looks kind of yellow, is this normal? Oh yes.. Btw I am 13

Normally cum will look a bit yellow sometimes, don't worry, that's normal. Now, it doesn't matter if your cum isn't very white yet, as many 13 can not even ejaculate yet! So you're an early bloomer if you're stage 4 and only 13.

As for the fordyce's spots and hair folicles... no, they are in no way harmful, and will go away if you just wait it out. They won't do anything, so don't worry.
