Well being a virgin I dont really know but surely size shouldnt actually matter as long as boys know how to use their penis to increase pleasure for both involved in making love. People shouldnt rush in to sex anyway, they should wait until they are sure they are with the right person in that case again size wouldnt matter because you love the person for whats inside not for how big their penis may or may not be.
I suppose at the same time though it is like girls worrying about the size of their breasts however for boys if they are confident with their penis size then they would maybe be more confident in using it?

Of course the length and girth matters. Too small and you can't feel the pleasure properly. Too big and it's painful instead of pleasurable.
