Im in a struggle at the moment. I have lost alot of weight since the summer about 2 stone. But now i do more exercise than ever. i have hockey training twice a week football once a week a hockey game every cople of weeks and a football game every week and i go for jogs with my friends on wednesdays.
but after all this im not loosing any weight. theres nothing worse than a short fat person. everyone has this theory that people who are fat have to make up for it by having a really nice personallity. But if this is true well if i put one toe outta line every one hates me. Why am i not loosing weight? i dont want to be the little cute one. i want to be the little hot one. Help :( my weight also rockets up and down whilst i eat. if i eat im i go up about 2 punds and my stomach is dramatically increased. :(
Peace out:yeah:

Weight=input+output. Change both, and the resultant weight changes.

Start with the input, what you eat. Find a sensible diet, and stick to it. You want to change your lifestyle here, this takes time. Cut down on fats and sugary stuff, salt. Probably all the things you eat a lot of without thinking much about it. Substitute fresh veggies and fruits, whole grains, fish, poultry.

Then, the output, which is exercise. Start a reasonable exercise program and stick with it consistently. And remember, that it takes time here, too. Nothing dramatic will change for a while, but eventually it will as your metabolism changes.

Don't get discouraged, and don't go for short cuts, 'Miracle' diets or exercise programs, etc. What you're after is a more comprehensive lifestyle change, substituting your current lifestyle for a more healthful one.
