Right. Im 15, 6 foot. 10 Stone. My BMI is 19. That is normal for my weight and height but i look so skinny, its almost sickly, especially in my arms. I have an average diet and i wouldnt dream of starving my self. I've tried doing weights but it seems to have no efffect. :(

First of all, if you aren't starving yourself or over-eating, you don't have an eating disorder. You simply have a really high metabolism. I know what it feels like... my BMI is like... 16... and I eat like a ravenous boar.

Now, the way you say that you've 'tried' doing weights, it sounds like, though you've been doing them, you're rather impatient. To get results with working out, it can take months sometimes, so what you need to do is really come up with a workout plan that you stick to, and keep up with. Maybe talk to your gym teacher, or see someone at your local gym about it, as they will definitely be able to help you. But working out is something that cannot be rushed. It takes time and effort, and you can't expect to see results right off the bat.

When you say you've "tried doing weights", I get the impression you attempted for maybe 1-2 weeks at most, then gave up. Results aren't going to happen right away, you have to keep at it. If you want larger muscles, then you have to make a plan, and keep at it. It takes months to start getting some noticable results. At 15 years old, your body is growing, and using quite a bit of resources. If you do exercises, it will take even more even a few days after you have stopped exercising (depends on what kind and how long you go for). If you're unsure about how to work out properly, go to a gym and talk to someone, perhaps get your parents so they'll support you in exercising.

Hmm, in my opinion, I wouldn't be worried if I were you. I have the same problem, but according to my gym/health teacher at school I'm perfectly healthy, even though I'm about 16, 5'7" and weigh 95 pounds [sorry, I don't know how to convert that into stones?]

Just eat healthy foods, and you will be fine, whether you gain any weight or not. :) Don't worry about what other people think, because it just makes you feel worse about yourself [personal experience...].

Some people are built that way and its perfectly normal. I am 5 feet 10 inches which is 4 inches shorter than you. I weight 130 lbs and I am perfectly healthy. When you slowed down getting taller, then you will start building muscles. Some people would like to be just like you...so don't worry about it. You are perfectly fine.

Yeah my arms are pretty thin to. The rest of my body is nice and bulky (not fat!) but my arms wrist and ankels are really thin D:

Yeah your fine. this is like 1 in 30 teenagers grow the way you do. They stretch out, then their weight catches up. At least your tall and look somewhat threatening to smaller onlookers. Most teenagers gain some weight, then they stretch out.

Ummmm, sorry to be blunt but what is wrong with that? As long as your not unhealthily skinny. Then what's the problem.
Im 15, 6 foot. 10 Stone. My BMI is 19 You have basically described me here, and no one has ever said "Ewww your skinny"
They know I'm slim but there is nothing wrong with that.

You are fine dude, stop worrying! Enjoy life now before you get other problems to deal with when your older. When your an adult you don't have time to worry about you.
