Semen changes taste and smell to what your diet is so yes. If you eat a lot of sugar you it will be sweet.

maybe i enjoy the taste of semen, and no, it wasn't still in mouth, this was about 5 hours after i had smoked

Your semen will have different tastes depending on what you eat or drink. I'd imagine THC would affect the taste.

if your palet had not been cleansed, it could still be there

Yeah, anything that comes out of your body will have a slightly different taste, depending on what you put in.

Without an extremely thorough cleansing it is easily possible for the taste to remain 5+ hours after smoking.
