Ok I have some questions about some things

First off all my nipples seem to be..swelling? Im not sure if thats good to describe, and they're also very sensitive to touch meaning it kinda hurts. And when I feel them directly underneath the nipple feels harder than the area around

Second, I noticed some very small spots on the underside of my penis, I think maybe hair will grow but Im unsure what these are

Thanks (btw, please don't tell me this is normal, as it gets kinda annoying people saying that)

You don't want me to say your normal? So you want to have a problem do you?
No I don't think you do.

Okay then, your not abnormal.
Nipples 'swelling' and feeling sensitive isn't abnormal for teenage boys. This is a sign of development, and if my memory is correct, is down to something with the tissues in your breast getting bigger. (Near enough the reason anyway)
So it isn't abnormal.

The small spots are probably hair follicles, which is fine and no problem. But what do they look like? Describe them, we get a better idea then.

It happens during puberty. No worries. Your nipples will swell and get sensative. Mine were very sensative a few weeks ago, but now they're better. Just get used to it. As for the spots on the underside of your penis, they're probable fordyce spots. If that's how you spell it. Look it up on wikipedia. You're not abnormal. You're normal.

OK, you want an explanation? You're in luck, then.

First, this IS all normal. Breast tissue in guys is reactive to the very small amounts of estrogen that we produce during puberty. So, like the breast tissue in girls, some guys nipples get tender and puffy, and there's a bit of glandular development underneath, which is the 'hardness' you feel. Mercifully, our estrogen levels drop, and so does the breast development. This is all temporary.

The dots on the underside of your penis are normal, too. There's normal texture to skin all over, and the penis is especially sensitive to hormones (testosterone), so you'll see some changes in both texture and color/pigmentation, with the top third getting redder/darker, as well as the skin on your scrotum doing the same, and getting more wrinkly. Also, pubic hair will grow not only in the characteristic triangle at the bottom of your belly, but also onto the underside of the penis a bit. Some of those dots are hair follicles which sprout hair shafts, the follicles develop first.

Your nipples swelling is a sign of development and the other things are hair follicles
