whats the difference between a cut and uncut peinis and is one of them better:what:

Cut (circumcized) and uncut (uncircumcized) penises differ in the way that, uncut ones have a piece of skin (called the foreskin) over the head of the penis, while cut penises don't have that piece of skin. Neither of them is really better in either way. A cut penis is a bit easier to clean though, and if you have an uncut penis you have to pull it back and clean under it.

Nature clearly believes one to be better than the other, I see no reason to disagree (or interefe) with nature

the difference is that one has extra skin on it, and it is up to the persons preference weather it is better or not.
