Well... i have this question its that on the base of my penis on the underside i have these... bumps... is that normal?

Bumps are common but it depends on what they look like. Like your face, you can get pimples on your penis, but these also might be hair follicides. If they're warty or warts, they may be a STD, so you might want to go to a doctor. Otherwise though, you're fine.

A very large number of people have bumps on the underside of the base of the penis. It is not an uncommon occurance at all, and is perfectly normal. Not particularly sure if they are hair folicles or not, but for whatever reason, they are just there.

i have those too. They're probably fordyce spots. Look them up on Google images and see if that is what your condition looks like. Remember to take safe search off. Do not worry if this happens to be the case. they do not spread and they go away eventually. This is not pornographic suggestion.

i have had them my whole life, and i know that some other people do too, so i think that it is completely normal
