Well I asked my friends what to do about my suicidal thoughts and they said it was depression and they told me to see a doctor! But if I talk to my grandparents about this they say I am just mad and they said no about seeing a doctor I dont know where to go from here?

If they don't take you seriously (your grandparents) then talk to a school nurse to help you talk to them with you. Because it IS serious and you DO need to go talk to a doctor to be directed to the proper resources.

But there is a problem I live in such a small town we dont have a school nurse so I dont know where to go from here.

Do you have a teacher or pastor (if you go to church) that you can trust? Talk to them and they might be able to help you convince your grandparents of this problem. You do need to go to a doctor though. If you don't have another person, I'd say to just keep telling your grandparents. I'd say two things will happen from that: they will start to believe you, or they will just give in and take you to a doctor. Don't give up; keep at your grandparents until they believe you.

Ok I will talk to my science teacher/ counsler she is pretty cool and I think that she will convince them about this

Ok, good luck, I hope that works. If it doesn't, remain persistent. They need to get help for you.

The best thing is talk to a trusted adult. the science teacher/ counselor is a very good idea.

The important thing is to talk to someone and get some help. If you want I will talk to you. It helps just having a person you can talk to.

Ok I trust my science teacher alot and I know that she will talk to my grandparents but I have to talk to her on monday
