Sit him down, and explain to him that you think a relationship should be about more than sex. It's not hard, you just have to find a time to have a chat with him in which you express your feelings. He should understand, if he really does care for you.

You have to communicate with him, not with us. Tell him that you don't want a relationship that's centered around sex. If he truly cares for you, he shouldn't want to have sex every time you are together. Relationships are far more than sex.
