In a gritty and alternate 1985 the glory days of costumed vigilantes have been brought to a close by a government crackdown, but after one of the masked veterans is brutally murdered an investigation into the killer is initiated. The reunited heroes set out to prevent their own destruction, but in doing so discover a deeper and far more diabolical plot.

has anyone read the book? I want to read the book first before seeing the movie.
but I'm glad it wasn't total crap like alot of people were thinking it was going to be.

I loved it. It's so brutally violent (hence why it's rated R). I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

Yeah, the book was amazing. TIMES Magazine listed it as one of the 'Top 100 Books of All Time'. It's epic.

It was hafl smart/half retardad but overall bad ass. Rorshach is awesome, my favorite character <333 Plus the movie ending was better than the graphic novel's ending.
