Condoms wont help, will just reduce the sensitiivity. I think the simple truth is that those initial orgasms when you first ejaculate just cant be reproduced. Its like 11 or 12 years of pent up frustration that you didnt even know you had suddenly coming out.

So just adjust to it, you cant expect it to stay at that level. I agree with Skuzzy that other things can enhance the experience, but somethings in life happen and you move on, you cant always recreate...
