breaking up?

Well i have been thinking about me and Kenzie
And well things are pretty hard right now
with her in the psych ward and crap like that
i love her and she is my angel but i need a break from it all
so im asking you when she gets back i will wait a week
then i wanna break it off with her
or maybe take a break


i just don't know how i should do it
any ideas?

Sit her down, face to face. No texting, no MSN, no facebook bullshit. Do it with her, in person.

Even though I suggest, for her sake, you don't break up with her right after she tries to kill herself. If you still care about her as a human, tough it out for a big longer till she is much more stable. Just a suggestion

Yeah you should wait it out a little bit. Especially after a suicide attempt, she will not take it well.

EDIT: Face to face is the best way to do this, talk her through it and stay calm. Don't break down. Just explain everything and say that you're just taking a break for now. That usually leaves some room for them to relax.
