Seems like a bunch of bullsh*t to me. But now that you say that I'll have to watch out for that. I don't drink Mountain Dew anyways. I hate how they color it yellow. Tastes too f*ckin' sweet. (Maybe that's the problem?)

Hahaha, whoever came up with that one seriously has a lot of free time

But the answer is no, so feel free to drink as much (ok, maybe not to much) Mountain Dew as you want.

Actually no it does not... the drug yellow 5 that is in Mountain Dew will shrink your testicles, but you would require very high amounts of the yellow 5 to make any difference, and there is a minimal amount in soda, so there is nothing to worry about.

Actually, the tartrazine (yellow 5) in Mountain Dew...
"Rumors began circulating about Yellow 5 in the 1990s regarding a link to its consumption and adverse affects on male potency, testicle and penis size and sperm count. There are no documented cases supporting the claim that Yellow 5 will shrink a man's penis or cause it to stop growing."
From both Wikipedia.org and http://www.answers.com/topic/tartrazine
and http://www.snopes.com/medical/potables/mountaindew.asp has a further inspection.

Nothing changes your penis size, except hormones..

It's like the myth that Dr. pepper kills your sperm

For it to happen the drink would have to "interact" with that area, and it doesn't

there is not scientific evidence backing it up and it is 100% false
