Same thing happens to me. It's like you use up all your horny feelings masturbating and after you orgasm, sex doesn't interest you any more until your body has time to recover.

Judging from the religious significance in your posts, I'll assume you're also a fellow Catholic, no? Its kinda hard once you started. Like me. I know its wrong, but its hard to stop. It requires enormous self control and praying to stop thinking about masturbating. Prince of Peace is right: We always attribute masturbation to lust, which is sin. Unless ( impossible) you masturbate without thinking of sex, lust, feelings of orgasms, etc and with a pure mind, then its not a sin. But like i mentioned earlier, its impossible. Yes, God has already paid the price for our sins. Jesus died for everyone's sins, from Adam to the last person who will be born into the world. He opened the doors of heaven again for humanityby most cruel death on the cross. He laid his life for us and that is the reason for his being born into this world.

I am a Catholic. We are not going to hell unless we have decided to turn our backs to God. This is the gift of freedom which he gave to us. God will not freeze your hand if you choose to masterbate.

How did I break free? I am thinking you are assuming that I have stopped masterbating. Honestly..there are times that I fail misserably. There are times that I can not help myself but to rub our feel my boner in the morning. And yes, there are times that I would fail. I have gone longer and longer in number of days I have not masterbated. The longest I have gone is 20 days. I occupy myself with many things to do. God loves us even if we fail. The most important thing is WHAT IS IN THE HEART. Where your heart is, there will be your treasure. I trully believe that I get my strenght from meditating and praying the rosary. Our Blessed Virgin Mary is the most understanding mother of all. If we constantly realize how much Jesus loves us, and how much all of us need Him, we can stop masterbating. There are times I would rather die than commit a mortal sin. Its more than the fear of hell, but it is a matter how much I feel Jesus is offended because of my selfishness. Trust me, there are so much better things to do than think of sex. Get your mind out of the gutter. We will get tempted, but sin requires your full consent. Don't give your consent. Yeah, it happens to me all of the time. When I am j/o I often think I am going to wank forever and then I cum and lose interest in it for awhile.
