Salvia to Minors in Canada

okay theres probably like a thousand Salvia posts here and i wanted to just have this specific chat because i've searched EVERYWHERE and have not found the laws in Canada regarding sales of the herb to Minors. i'm not sure if its legal/illegal or what. I KNOW WHAT IT IS so dont just say "oh yeah this is what it is, DONT DO IT." Okay? thanks.
