Okay, as the title says, i have a hard bump on the side of my penis that has grown. It is not a zit or pimple or anything, and has only been there for a month or two. Any idea what it could be?

Are you sexually active? If you are, get to a doc.
If you're not, it could be a number of things. Is it a wart, or wart like?

it may be a swollen sebaceous gland... i have them 'down there' and every now and then one will swell up, generally you can't touch them otherwise they'll become more swollen and really hurt everytime you try and squeeze them (which i wouldn't recommend doing). google 'sebaceous glands' and see if that's what it looks like. if not and it doesn't go away, maybe you should see your doc. good luck!

Guys, the last thing i want to do is see a doctor! I'll probably wait until my next physical and just mention it while they're fooling around down there or whatever. haha. Sam, i'm not sexually active, but just out of curiosity, why would i have to see a doctor so quickly if i was? I'm not sure if it's a wart, but it doesn't seem like one. Aid821, i'll definitely look that up. THanks for all the help!

If you're sexually active then it could by an STD which is not nice to have. It could be a tumor I guess...I'm not sure but I agree just go see a doctor. You don't want this to become a serious problem and, by the sounds of it, it's not something you want to put off. I strongly suggest seeing a doctor. If is is a cancerous tumor then waiting is the worst thing you can do. Don't be embarassed if you have to mention it to your mom.
