I'm sure you heard it. Ew he's gay he's gonna try to do me up the butt cuz I'm a guy!!! Wrong!!!! I'm sick of stereotypes. Not all gays Are drag queens that use innuendos every 30 seconds. Even if I occasionally make one. They don't have to sound like an 8 yr old that got kicked in the balls and has an extremely high pitch voice. How many of you gays and lesbians had to put up with stereotypes!? I know I'm sick of them.

I think gay stereotypes are terrible.
Some people are so ignorant that it is hard to even believe.

In America, discrimination is always at large.
Go back 50, 60 years and ask anyone at random on the street 'Is being black inferior to being white?' and many would say yes.
Go out today, but ask about being gay, and the same thing.
People hate people who are different, and the key thing is they never wonder whether it's OK or not, because no one would ever see what they think as bad. And hating gays, like hating black people in the earlier times, was/is socially acceptable, and socially promoted.
It'll take a long time to end.

GAH I CANT STAND THEM!!! I have to put a disclamer in everything I say/type everywhere. I have not come out yet (completely...) but I've know that Im gay for a while. I am honestly one of the straightest gay guys u will find. I dont have a lisp, dont care about clothes or shopping (unless its video games ;), hang around just as much guys as girls, etc. Now Im gay cause I like guys and not girls (as girlfriends that is), I am very lovey and I hug everyone, and thats about it :P Now I do sing and act, and that kind of stuff, but no one should think im gay because of that. There are so many straight guys that do the same. For gods sake they grope me more then i do them. Hell I dont mind ;)

Did any one elce notice that 'Gabriel Y.' used 4 different stereotypes in his post?

And from a religious stand point, when JESUS condensed the ten commandments for us, he said...
1. Love God
2. Love your neighbor
He goes on to say "if you cant love your neighbor, how can you love me?". Its impossible to love God but not your neighbor. God said love your neighbors, he did not say you had to like them. The problem is we pick and choose who's our neighbor and who we are going to love.

Basically, ignorant people dislike anything that is not like them because no one ever taught them that DIFFERENT DOES NOT MEAN DEFICIENT.
