i would agree with Okay in the UK, your balls probably flung around when you were running and got slapped between your thighs so now they are sensitive.

I bet you were wearing boxers. They let everything jingle around, which can cause soreness.
Wear briefs, they'll give you the support you need to avoid this.

i believe balls can sometimes be very sensitive during puberty, so i'd put it down to that. i still get very sensitive balls from time to time. ah the joys of being a boy!

They could have been banging up against your legs and hurting them slowly so they might be sensitive afterwords

Yeah, most likely they are being banged around lightly so you don't feel it while running but afterwards they're sore.

Sometimes I use to get sharp pains right in the testicle, one at a time (Never both at the same time), dunno why, Im sure its just some-what natural.

It is probably because they were bouncing around so much :P
Wear tighter undies or a jock.
Or another reason is because of testosterone kinda being overdrived because of your manly ness while working out

im actually kinda surprised no body posted this yet. (if i seem mean today im srry someone stole 20$ from me)
The penis is actually a muscle. after exercising, you get muscle sore right? well if you get muscle sore why cant the penis (muscle) get sore either? the testis, are a part of the muscle, (e.g. buns -> thighs) so they can also get sore.

your balls were probably just bouncing around all you need to do is wear like a jockstrap, athletic supporter or briefs
