Oh, thanks so much for asking this question, it' really so good that you want to stop this and get some help! Bravo.

You can tell any caring, trusting adult about this, your parents, your school guidance counselor, friends parents, anyone, really, who can understand and intervene by getting you to someone whi canhelp you feel better and not hurt yourself anymore.

You should tell your foster mom or your biological dad that you need to get help. I'm sure your family will want to help you in any way that they can. They can get you counseling, someone you can talk to and not worry about what they will think or how they will react.
It's good that you know you need to stop this. I know you're scared to tell your guardians but they can really help you. And it will be the first step to taking control of your life again.

The most important thing here is that you've acknowledged that things have gotten out of hand.

I know that it can be scary, but maybe talking to your foster mum might help, because if she's seen the marks then maybe it won't be as much of a shock to her? Or just talk to any trusted adult (as IAMSAM said), because they'll be able to guide you in the right direction before you end up in hospital again.
