if you want to shave them, then go ahead, it is just up to you, but if you shave too often, you might get razer burn witch is really not pleasant down there.

It's quite normal to shave their but don't get into the habit. If you shower at school and the other boys' are mostly shaved, then it would be wise enough to shave it to the point where it's minimal but you still got some fuzz. It's never good to be a constant shaver when it doesn't have to do with your facial whiskers, especially for boys.
