Ok first are they legal what are the laws concerning them in the USA. And what are the health effects?

And a few days ago I was taking a walk and I picked up a small brown bottle thinking I could use it for something. When I opened it is smelled really odd and it looked like a popper bottle with the label taken off. So I took a big wiff a few min ago. My chest hurts but a tiny bit I would never be worryed about it is so small. My hart rate is way slowed and I feel like my head weights more them it dose what is this?

Also when I sniffed it is made my throt hurt a little and my eyes come close to watering.

Human stupitidy

Quite frankly, hard to say. One can only assume... But maybe you've learned by this episode that drinking, sniffing, swallowing unknown substances found in the street or given to you by Mike should not be tested upon oneself.

If you get worse haul your a** over to a hospital

5 min later I feel fine. And like I stated everything was VARY miner. This may be true about the things found on the street and given to you by mike.

This is most definately true

For all you know that could've been 80% distilled alcohol, distilled by a 52 year old, chronic alcoholics urine

Dude.

Wow.
Okay, dont smell stuff when you don't know what it was.
It could have been anthrax. That, would have killed you in a matter of hours.
So.

Also, its illegal in the US to sell it.

Do yourself a favor and stop picking up things from the street, of if you do pick them up, maybe put it in the trash and dont bring it home. You would make America a cleaner place to live. More power to you my friend.

It was probably a bottle of amyl nitrate (or some variation thereof). Poppers are used during sex to intensify orgasm. There aren't many health effects, but inhaling any kind of chemical generally isn't GOOD for you. If you do them often, you'll notice a decreased sense of smell, possible nosebleeds or sores inside of the nose, and so on. They also lower the immune system pretty well. They're sold as video head cleaners in porn stores across the country, and are used mainly by the gay community.

Anecdotal advice: they kind of suck but good if you need to clear up vasoconstriction, fast. Which is why they were originally used to treat heart problems. Angina, I think?

I think it was the placebo effect. I know what it was now iodine.
