As for your brother using your computer to look at porn I would say no. The reason why I say that is due to practical considerations. You don't know what websites he visits, and there is a good chance he can download stuff onto your machine that can cause problems. Keep in mind that some porn websites download things onto computers by stealth, and unless the website is reputable, then your computer is at risk.

However, you still should talk to your brother about sexuality and let him know he can always come to you with questions. Just let him know it is all right to masturbate, and put his changes into context.

If you should decide to let your brother use your computer, then make sure that you two have an agreement as to what websites he can visit so that he doesn't go to one that messes up your machine. Also, if he downloads pictures, then you should ensure that sure pictures won't compromise your machine either. Basically, if your brother uses your machine, then you have the right to decide where he goes online.

Yes, I agree. Set some boundries here. I personally wouldn't let him. If your parents find that stuff in your history or find any downloads then your busted. Also, he might be downloading things which is a very bad idea. Some porn downloads are illegal! Police moniter those ilegal ones, see it being downloaded onto your computer, go to your house find that stuff on there and then you're really busted.

The issue isn't so much if you know he masturbates or not, and frankly it's not about using your PC for advancing his masturbatory fantasies. I think it's about the established rules in your family around the use of the PC. Is it OK for you guys to download porn? Is that something that's OK in your family?

Dont confuse the acceptability of your downloading porn with you giving him permission to do it. You can take it upon yourself to do something that you're not supposed to, but in so doing, you realize that you alone bear the responsibility if you're caught (or of you download a virus). However, you're not entitled as the older brother to grant him permission for doing something that you both know is unacceptable. He can choose to do it (as you have) on his own, but once he asks your permission, you really have to respond based not so much on your own behavior, but rather the larger family rule or value.

If he doesn't know about the history tab go and see what kind of porn sites he has been on to see if it's legal or illegal. Thts how my dad got me watching it I never knew about the history tab. He wasn't mad he told me a story if how he got caught with playboys under his bed. Then he told me never to do it again. I still do it but carefully now. I'm not sure how helpful it is to get into all this dont do it because its illegal business, many of us look at porn and provided its not kinky way out stuff like pedo, snuff movies or bestiality no way are you going to get into trouble over it.

Like some of the others have said if you let someone else use your machine and they look at anything really way out then the police probably are monitoring this and the shit will fall on you.

So I dont think there's any problem with you knowing he jacks off, and him knowing that you know, and if you're happy to talk about this and compare notes thats great. (I couldn't talk to my brother about that though!) But I wouldnt let him use your machine. You need to just say something like its ok if you want to j/o & look at porn but not on my machine.
