i had a dream a couple nights and in my dream i was having sex with my sister . what does this mean and is this normal

Nothing in puberty is exactly "normal" per se. Everyone has strange thoughts that are certainly not normal in puberty, so in that way, having thoughts that aren't normal is quite normal.

With so many hormones being released into our bodies, we think weird things, we dream weird things, etc. So it's perfectly fine, and doesn't necessarily mean anything. Juts don't act on your dream.

I bet you were glad when you woke up and realized it was just a dream! And I also bet you were a bit creeped out and unsettled by it, too.

Dreams of any type are completely normal, they do not signal much of anything, other than your brain can do some pretty weird things, esp. in the middle of the night. Relax.

Sex dreams about siblings or parents or other relatives are very common, and usually mean that your eyeballs are working and that you realize your family has girls in it, and nowadays in puberty everything that's chica is arousing, or at least a curiosity. And, since this is all new, it's easier and safer to dream about a family member, b/c you know and trust them. It's easier to acknowldege something that's new and intense and a little scary and unprdictable (like puberty and all those urges) when it also involves someone you're familiar with, like your sister.

It's fine, it's normal, it doesn't mean you're a perv or anything. It means you're in puberty and are aware of things sexual (including her) and that it's safest to dream about someone you know and trust. Who also happens to be a girl, and your sister.

when you sleep(-dream) most parts of the brain are nopt working
but mainly the part that controls your logical thoughts(when you're awake) is not working when you're sleeping
meaning that most dreams can be kinda crazy
