Well, hives can come up for a number of reasons, most prominantly of which is, of course, allergies. As our family has discovered with my brother, sometimes things can be a little delayed, in which case it could just be that your body has had an adverse effect to liver.

Now, really with allergies you don't want to take a chance, so if it's getting worse, I would really suggest that you see a doctor. It's much better safe than sorry, and if the doctor can help you figure out what caused it, then it makes you more prepared.

Sorry I can't say exactly what may have caused this, because there are waaaaaaay too many factors that could come into this to give an accurate prediction. Best bet is to go see doc.
