I get bloated on my period, and I hate it. I was wondering if there is a way to minimise the bloating. Is it possible?

Also, when you're bloated you tend to look bigger in the middle than you really are. So I was wondering, generally, how many pounds heavier do you look when bloated?. I'm really self concious about how I look in terms of thinness. So I was just wondering how many pounds do women tend to look, on average when like this.

Sorry for my dumb question.:(

Activia yogurts apparently work at reducing bloating - my mum swears by them! By having one every day you are supposed to be providing your body with nutrients that are required to maintain a healthy digestive system.

Try it out, you never know.

Hmm. Yeah, A LOT of people have praised the Activia Challenge so, I guess you should give that a go.

And as for how much heavier you look. I'm not sure - I don't tend to notice when my friends are bloated... I think it's more of a self-noticeable thing. If that makes sense?

Anyways, I tend to find that I feel / look about a size bigger... But like I said, other people don't usually notice.

There are some pills that reduce bloating as well as other symptoms such as cramps. My friend takes them and she says they help a lot.

I believe the brand is Midol.

Yea as autumn said, maybe you should look into pills, or some sort of medication.
