To answer your question: don't push it. Yes, she might be lying because she's embarrassed, but it's also possible that she just doesn't masturbate. Lots of girls do, but just as many don't. If she doesn't want to, it's not up to you to decide if she should start or not, as "hot" as it might be. :)
