nighttime feeling sick

anywho lately ive been feeling sick like i wanna throw up at night
i can like feel it in my stomach and lower mouth like i wanna throw up

is this normal or do i need ot just..get it checked out?

it could be depression...i know for a long time night would be the worst time for me and my depression just made my stomach feel like it was in knots and it made me feel like i could throw up any minute.
