Let me get straight to the point,
I have a girlfriend I get turned on with the thought of having sex with them. Yet I get turned on more by a muscular guy then I do with just a girl on the street. I see myself in the future with a woman, and having kids. But right now i'm so confused.

Girls turn me on, on the thought of sex, and a hot girl will too.
But at the same time a guy does too.

Meh, your hormones are probably still going crazy. How old are you? Maybe you may be bi, but more than likely it just sounds like you are really horny/curious right now.

Being gay is not a sexual attraction. Sex of any kind makes most people horny.

Ok, i'll be weird and equate sexuality to food.
If you saw a piece of chocolate, and you've never tasted chocolate, you might say "Wow that look gross", or "Wow that looks great!".
Neither one means you like chocolate, nor dislike chocolate.
It just means it either looks good/doesn't to you.

If you went and picked up the chocolate, and ate it, you might think "Wow this is actually disgusting!" or "Wow this is still great!"

Then you learn about the way chocolate can make you fat (:P), and you either go "Ew, I don't want to be fat!" or "Wow, I still love it!"

If you didn't love every category, would you still eat chocolate? Probably not, because there's a reason you like something else instead.

Although it's a poor metaphor, it shows you need to like something in multiple different ways before you would say you like it.
Sam with being gay- it's not a simple sexual (chocolate's looks) attraction- it's mental, emotional, and physical as well.

I don't like men mentally, nor emotionally, just psychical having sex with them turns me on.

Is it true that no one is 100% heterosexual or homosexual, it's always a mix, is it also true that during puberty hormones will cause attractions unexplainable.

Well not necessarily no one, but yeah, most straight guys are not 100% straight, and most gay guys are not 100% gay.
And during puberty hormones do cause attractions to... well pretty much everything that walks, talks, and has sexual organs.
