Is there any way to put a password on a folder ( A normal folder) for free without any programs?

Try one of these.

http://www.truecrypt.com/
If you do use TrueCrypt, be careful and read the user's guide. You wouldn't want to encrypt part of your hard drive. :P

Thanks both of you . . I really don't need t bad but if it was an easy thing that i was blind to see i would be using it .. . not going thru the trouble of all of that just to protect some folders
