I am new to this forum so please excuse Me if I dont seem to be very well at this, this is also My first and most likley only teen/sexual help forum because I was on here before and the community and forum looked very well.

I am a 14 year old Male and I've never masturbated in My life, I've had no real urge to, no thought to need to, didnt ever think less of Myself of it untill now when I really thought about it. I've watched many and many pornos for ages and I get pre-cum, without masturbating, I usually just hold My hand over My penis but...never really wanted to masturbate and if I did, I dont think I'd get any enjoyment at all from it, I cant imagine Me doing so.

There IS a school of thought that not masturbating can cause testicular cancer. Whether this has any sort of scientific evidence or whether its an "old wives tale" I simply don't know. I would be interested to see what response there is to this (of proper evidence rather than opinions) to see whether this could be true or not.

The reason you have no real urge to is because people don't really miss something they don't have (as the saying goes) or in this case its something someone doesn't do. You have never experienced masturbating and orgasm so its not something you are compelled to do like a lot of others on here because they have done it before out of curiosity and liked so wanted to repeat the experience. If you don't want to then thats up to you.
You may find you have many "nocturnal emissions" or "wet dreams" which is where you cum in your sleep. People who don't ejaculate on a regular basis because of masturbation tend to find this.

The fact that you get horny and watch porn means that you are completely normal with regard to your sexual development as I could be worried for you if you had no seuxal drive and that was the reason, but it seems to me like its through choice rather than a lack of interest in all things sex related.

There is evidence that by masturbating males are less likely to get prostate cancer (not sure about testicular though it would make sense) compared to those who don't. But there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that these cancers are caused by the individual not masturbating.

the only bad side to not masturbating is you dont feel the orgasms and you might get wet dreams. and masturbation can help prevent pancreatic cancer, but not so much that you are very likely to get it if you don't.

You have nocturnal emissions where you ejaculate at night, so it doesn't build up to much.

No, not masturbating does not increase your chances for cancer of anything. Not testiclular cancer, not pancreatic cancer (where did that one come from?), and not prostate cancer. The biggest determinant of prostate cancer seems to be genetics, it runs in families. So, if your dad or grand dad or some other male blood relative had it, you are more likely to develop it.

It's Ok to masturbate, and it's OK not to. I suspect that at 14, you're not developed enough, the hormones aren't at a sufficient level to give you the urge to masturbate. Masturbation (and the entire sex drive) is biological, it's caused by biology, the hormones drive it. To feel it, you have to have those hormones, and you might not yet.

It could just be that they have not kicked in yet, so like always, you just don't care so much to masturbate. However, if puberty advances, and you still find no urge to masturbate and are not at all intenersted in that stuff, there's the chance that psychological factors are getting in the way. Eventhough the sex drive is biologically determined, there are emotional factors which affect how they are expressed, such as family values, etc.

Right now at 14, though, I'd say you're just not there yet and not to worry.

It is not bad to not masturbate. In fact nature has already taken care of that. Nocturnal emissions basically lets you cum while you're sleeping which is completely natural. So if you don't masturbate, that is completely fine and dandy. It will just come out some way or another which is the way it's supposed to happen.

Hhmmm...

Masturbating has some advantages.. your less likely to have wet dreams, get morning boners and spontaneous erections
Also you can do things like self control games which means when you get round to having sex you'll be able to last longer :)

However..If you do masturbate there's the chance you'l get caught and like storm4real said it is a hard habit to break

Well, before you do, think of this.
