Ah, Karina, I'm sorry I didn't see this post earlier. I'm sorry I was being a bit distant and not exactly responding on MSN today, but I was overloaded and busy.

To the problem, you just have to keep telling yourself not to cut, and you need to make sure you're getting some food into your body. Whenever you feel like cutting, go talk to someone. Don't start, talk to someone in real life, or online, but keep yourself busy, let your problems out, and don't give in. Please try to aviod thoughts of suicide as well. I know how those are, they are horrible, but you need to find something you can take comfort in, and make sure there's someone there to talk to.

I haven't talked about this with you yet, but are you seeing anyone about your cutting/depression? If not, you should think aout that. Getting to see someone is a major first step which can really start you on the path to getting rid of your problems.

If you ever need me I'm on MSN, and I'll try to be more attentive from now on. :)
