Those little bumps (if i'm thinking what you are thinking) are fair follicles. Now to check just lightly tug at some hair on you penis and if the bumps rise up then its just from your hair. I'm pretty sure its natural.

or most of the time it's fordyce spots. They are common among young men and are only temporary. They will go away. They cannot be spread to a partner, so don't worry guys. :P

take notice to the poll: most guys 13 and up get them but not all. When you cast your vote say how old you are so people can get a better feel about it. And if you do have the spots tell us for how long. Or how long you had them if they have already disappeared.

Assuming you mean hair frolicles, I do not have as many as I did a few years ago, they gradualy go over time as you develop more pubic hair.

hair folicles and fordyce spots are two different things. Fordyce spots are where the skin above a blood passage (vein, capulary, stuff like that) in the pubic area gets thicker. They go away but are MEGA embarrassing.

they don't show as much when you're soft, but when you're hard they show a little more.
