It may just be that you are being a little too rough when you are masturbating. Take your time when you're doing it, and see if that helps. Don't be rough, and don't jostle your penis if you can help it.
If it continues even after you try just sloing down, you may want to see a doctor if it doesn't go away. Don't really want to take a chance with your penis.
Now, when during masturbation does it hurt? After you orgasm, while you're doing it, or when? That might help us a little bit more if you can give us that information.

Well, maybe you should try using lubricant. But anyway, if just getting an erection hurts, that is something you probably want to check out. As I said, pains in your penis isn't really something you want to just dismiss... so I think a trip to the doctor is in order.

you're a pretty new poster and you're not disclosing your age.
I've never had this problem. If you're on the young side and are just starting out maybe you need to take it easy and not work your dick so hard. Otherwise I don't know, you may need to speak to your doctor. I guess most of us would prefer (even if its not easy) to take a few days off rather than have to show our doctor our tackle and talk about this stuff.
