Well just a cuple minutes ago my penis got hard, but not like a boner, And when I tryed to move my penis I felt this pain down there is this like a problem??

Your penis can't get hard unless you are having an erection.
Or, if you were dead, I suppose it could go rigid.
But assuming you are a living being, you most likely experienced an erection, and the pain may have been sensitivity, or rubbing up against pants (jeans especially hurt).

If not, and it simply hurts to experience an erection, I would visit the doctor to be safe.

Well its not really Hard it like hard at the bottem and now it only hurts when I like move it up

I was going to say he'd probably know if he was dead, but actually he probably wouldn't.
