Ok so theres this girl I know named Rachel, we have been best friends for 3 years, one day I decided I liked her enough to ask her out, I asked her out and she said maybe, 7 days later she said yes...So we went out but it lasted for only 2 days, she said that she can go out with me because she feels that she onlys sees me as her best friend...I dont get it, i'm so confused.

Well, I'm just gonna say that she doesn't return the romantic feelings.

My best friend is a guy, but that doesn't mean I would ever date him. He's more of a brother. Actually, he is like a brother.

She sees you as a best friend, that's awesome! That means she likes to be with you, she can trust you, has fun with you.....etc.

Just be happy that you two are great friends, and enjoy her company!

I often find that when 'best friends' start dating it becomes awkward because they have been friends for some time....As in good friends, not thinking about one another in a romantic way, and then suddenly they are.
