Well, there's not really much to 'do' right now except talk to them about it. Obviously it seems as if you are feeling guilty about this, so you need to talk things over with the people you had sex with, and hopefully get things sorted out before people get angry.

Just going around having sex with people like that isn't healthy. Not only do you not know what kind of STD's they might have, but it isn't going to make people see you as a trustworthy person if you have sex with one person and then turn around and do it with another. You should wait until you're actually in a more meaningful relationship with a girl before you just go at it.

So talk to each of them, apologize that you just went ahead like that, and hope you can get things sorted out between you and them.
