Smoking definatly can stunt your body growth but I don't think it effects penis size, it certainly doesn't make your penis smaller

Smoking is not healthy and puts a lot of chemicals into your body which can do all sorts bad things, and though it may not stunt penis growth per se, it could very well keep it from reaching its full potential size. Why is this? Well, smoking can mess up the systems in your body and throw them off so that not all the focus of the body is on growing. Smoking causes stress on your body that just shouldn't be there, and in the same way that having a lot of mental stress from other sources casn have an affect on development, smoking can have a negative effect as well.

It might vary from person to person, but if you want to have healthy development during puberty, including your penis size, your best bet is to not smoke. Why risk it?

Oh, and as Skuzzeh said, smoking can definitely lead to erectile dysfunction, which definitely would not be fun.

If you smoke, your penis will fall off, your testicles will turn into raisins, your hair (including your pubes) will turn white and fall out in patches, and your entire body will be covered in huge, greasy zits.

OK, OK, not true, but smoking is so bad for you that anything to get you to not do it is really worth it.

Smoking doesn't affect penis size, unfortunately it does far more harm than that.
