Ok... where should I start?

Last month I installed Blubster on my laptop but then my computer started moving very slow. I figured it was Blubster that was causing it to do that so a week later I uninstalled it. Now I realized it was because I had a virus, now I want it back and I am unable to install it because this window comes up saying that I am missing the sfr.msi (whatever that is). This window also comes up when I am trying to exit internet explorer, it takes forever for me to get out. I cant just press the X, I have to use ctrl alt delete.... what should I do?

Do you have System Restore enabled?
Go to Start > All Programs > Acessories > System Tools > System Restore.
See if there's a date in BOLD that you can click on BEFORE your computer started acting like this. (So, before you installed Blubster or whatever)
After the restore completes, go to http://www.free.avg.com/ and download the free virus scanner. Let the scanner run a FULL SYSTEM SCAN. (Assuming you havn't already removed the virus. Still should scan after the restore though, viruses can be tricky and embed themselves into restore images)

Definitely do what Jesse suggested. Also, a MSI file (*whatever*.msi) is just an installation file. They usually have abbreviated names, so the MSI file for UltraCompare Professional 6.20 might be uc_pro6.msi. Some of them have confusing names, but just remember that they're installations - they can still contain viruses/malware. Blubster doesn't look very official. It doesn't look very safe. Go with something that is completely free of adware/spyware/malware: Shareaza (http://www.pantheraproject.net/).

But yeah, definitely follow what Jesse said. That may fix both the MSI issue and the malicious software problem.
