eat 3 or 4 handfuls of raisins. Thatll shift it right away. Any fruit should do it though. Or you could see if you have any laxative.

The first thing you should do is intake several glasses of water as that usually does the trick in clearing up constipation. Avoid caffinated beverages as that will only make things worse in the short-term.
Secondly, you should go to your drug store and pick up a laxative such as Ex-lax, milk of magnesia, or their generic equivalents. All of those thing will be found in the digestive/diet section of your store.
Thirdly, in the long-term you should add fiber to your diet to avoid constipation in the future. You can take fiber pills which are readily available at any drug store, and take them once per day which should enable you to pass stools more easily than now. Also, make sure you intake plenty of water during the day to ensure that your intestines have enough fluid to pass solid waste.

Constipation, although painful, is readily treated quite easily, as it is also self induced. Drink lots of H2o, eat raisins or prunes or apricots, add leafy green veggies, like salad. Constipation results from too little water in the bowel, that's what makes the poop hard and elimination painful. Add the misisng ingredient (water) and your problem is solved forever.
I'd recommend staying away from laxatives, etc., as most of them contain rather powerful chemicals to do the trick. The key here is a change in your diet, which not only will solve the problem, but are beneficial and healthful, too, without adding any additional chemicals to your body.
