Anyone of any age can get greasy hair.
It's when your hair needs a wash, nothing age related.

Hair gets greesy all the time, I know mine does when you do not wash it, but usually I wash it and brush it.

The others are right that there is no particular age when hair gets greasy as such type of hair usually happens if one doesn't wash it for a while. It is true that when one starts puberty (which is anywhere between 11-16 for boys) that oil producing glands develop, but greasy hair is a hygiene issue as opposed to a puberty one. When a person reaches the teen years around 11/12 irregardless of whether one has started puberty or not that person should definitely start to practice good hygiene and shower daily and keep his/her body clean. Good hygiene is not age specific and is something that should start from childhood.
