my arms and legs hurt like FUCK everytime i move i want to scream DEAR LORD TAKE ME NOW

what could be wrong with me ?

Could be that you pulled your muscles badly.
Were you physically active yesterday?

two days ago i went skiing O_O but normally that doesnt bother me

Well, if your crouching or staying in a cramped positioon for too long then your muscles get really sore, but that usually wears off pretty quickly. And you could have pulled a muscle, as said above. Did you fall while skiing? Did you injure your neck or spine in any way? If you did...could have caused nerve damage I guess. I'm not too sure about this one.
