For some reason my wireless isn't working, I have to plug a network cable in for internet.

I've already tried:

~ Installing new drivers
~ Rebooting
~ System Restore

When I try to get into the HP Wireless Assistant, it won't open.
When asking for a problem diagnosis, it says everything working,
But even when the wireless switch is switched on, it's orange when it's supposed to be blue.

My OS is: Windows Vista
Laptop: Compaq Presario F700

Any ideas as to what I can do?

And yes... my wireless isn't working at Mum's or Dad's...
So it's HP I get to call... w00t for customer care hotlines >_>
