3 days, I think. And I wore short sleeves today, no sweatband and only three bracelets, so most of my scars were visible. Until now no-one noticed. It's 5:22 pm. I was really nervous going outside, afraid that everybody would stare at me, but that didn't happen. I'm so happy now, I'm feeling strong. :)

Think about it like this.. If you do slip along the way then you will have a bigger challenge to beat next time, but think about how awesome you will feel when you have beat it. :) You can also have treats, like when you make it day 10 give yourself something you know you will enjoy. (Not sh related) :D Something to look forward too. :)

Thats a great idea! Its very scary the first time you stop covering up your scars but its such an amazing feeling once you do! Just remember that its no ones business but your own. =]

... Almost did yesterday..
I work at my school and had to scrape stuff off baseboards with a razor and I ended up throwing it and going to the bathroom with tears in my eyes.

22 days :) went doctors earlier and i didnt even see him. mum went in and talked to him and came out saying tht they have a new system. they contact the hospital and then they contact us within same day and send a person out to asses me. rather then having to meet all these diff people and talk to them all about it, i just talk to the one person about it. still waiting for them to call though...
