nearly 2 MONTHS since i last cut!!!! I've never done so well! Went through a phase where i even forgot i used to do it! I was convinced they were cat scratches! I'm now sooo happy, like a different person! Hopefully I'll never sink back into those dark times! WHOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

And then there's that point of actually being strong enough to fight against it.

One day. My cuts have been throbbing all day. They're so sore.... Which is just stupid because the are like super shallow! If I don't scratch at them / reopen any, they'll be gone by next week, without a mark. Whereas the ones from 46 days ago still look like fresh scars :/

Actually no, when they get angery can be a good thing, it means they are scared (but let it out in a different way) and its sometimes overwealming relief, and therefore means they care about you. The next few days will determine if she is caring or not :)
