It's been hard, yeah, and don't get me wrong self harm was always present in my life. I'm happy to say that i have overcome it and that i am moving on from it, this is because i do not need it anymore to show what i am feeling, i have better ways of coping and dealing with things now, i won't turn to self harm again, i know i won't because i'll keep on telling myself this. Thanks to wonderful people on this site, all around the world, i'd like to say, thank you for all your help. I know that all of you one day - if not now will all overcome this, you're stronger and you all know it. Find that inner strength i know you can all do it. I have faith in every single on of you and don't forget i'm here for anyone that ever needs help, needs advice, or just needs a chat.
