Well I have been with some girls who have not been able to cum while having intercourse but can from a more direct clit stimulation. One thing to remember here is that some girls have to learn how to cum from being stimulated from intercourse. You may not be doing anything wrong.

I say the reason you can't make her cum when you are having sex is because you don't get as much time. You are generally done before she would ever get there. Unless you have a LOT of stamina, it's not the most easy thing to do.
