Well you do not have to pull back your foreskin when you masturbate or have sex, normally it does that kinda by itself (even for uncircumcised people). As for ejaculating, your simply not physically matured enough to do so. Although it is annoying not being able to ejaculate, you will be able to soon, its just puberty at work.

Yeah your probably not old enough to produce semen or produce enough.
but give it time.. and its true you gotto pull it back if you are uncut .. it would roll back anyway i suppose.

just forget about it. if you're uncut the foreskin naturaly rolls forward and back as you jerk, you don't need to try to do anything different with it, indeed it seems a bit wierd to try! as un uncut guy myself I cant begin to imagine how you would try to wank with it rolled back. no wonder it doesnt work!

I'm uncut and just do what feels good - sometimes skin forward, sometimes back. THe important thing with foreskin is to keep it clean.

Well it's not all that hard, when it's back you only have to hold your shaft with 2 or 3 fingers and move them all the way to the head but not so foreskin can cover the head again...it takes longer to ejaculate like this but it's better than normal...
