I agree. Sound like you're having a hard time ignoring it, so I suggest you try to find a hobby that the two of you can do when you're together. Like woodcarving (I'm only using this one because you realy have to be focused on what you're doing). With woodcaring you have to pay attention to what you're doing otherwise you'll get cut. That way you won't have your mind focused on what happened. Just find a hobby that requires alot of attention and is fun.

As someone with a sister (younger, but i can still relate) I know that you crossed the line by doing that. There are some things you just have to get out of your head, and this is one of them. Accept that doing somehting like that has consequences (read: hormones!) and remember that she is still your sister. So you just have to forget about it and find a different hot girl to think about instead.
